Hi, I am Miranda and welcome to Budget with A July Dreamer. I am solo traveller, a blogger, a lover of moscato wine, a property & stock market investor and a saving fanatic.

I 'first' became consumer debt free in 2017 when I paid off £12k in credit card and payday loan debts. Then in 2020, I made a decision to become a property investor (read - new debt) and since then I have purchased 3 rental properties (even more debt) within the UK and working on purchasing a few more in the coming years.

I am currently (in 2024) back in consumer debt for a mirad of reasons but I am on a journey to grow my personal wealth and achieve financial success through saving and investing for retirement by utilising the tax efficient vehicles we have in the UK and also through property.
