I teach women like you how to strengthen their core from within through comprehensive and sustainable online programs based on unique and powerful abdominal breathing exercises.
I’m Julie Baird, a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Specialist, focusing on Diastasis Recti and Pelvic Floor health, with a Masters Degree in Sports Science.
Before I decided to seek higher education I was “just" a Mom who thought she knew enough about Fitness to navigate her own issues. I lived 3 years with a weak pelvic floor, mild prolapse, diastasis recti, aches, and pain before I decided enough was enough.
I worked my way to a closet full of Pre & Postnatal Fitness certifications studying under some of the finest specialists in the US and Europe. One of the benefits of my European and American education is that I give you access to knowledge and techniques from around the world. Information I'm so looking forward to sharing!
