My name is Noah but for the longest time people have called me "bignoknow". I fell into a severe clinical depression with anxiety, and depersonalization back in May of 2011. In April of 2012 I discovered I had almost NO testosterone in my body via a blood draw and, for the first time in forever, I had hope. I have been documenting my experience on testosterone replacement therapy as well as every other thing I have done to recover and get my life back ever since.

My only goal is to help as many men and woman recover from whatever hardships life has dealt them as well to share openly and honestly about my experience with all things mental health, testosterone therapy, and my personal life as it pertains to these things. I love making videos and communicating with amazing and brave people from all around the world. I share anything that I may learn from philosophy to healing practices as well as reach out to my viewers who teach me more then I could have ever imagined.
