I am Doctor Mudassar doing residency in Orthopedic Surgery In RahimYarKhan. As we know that everyone is eager about eatables during graduation times, but after housejob i had to serve in a village localety for 2 years where every basic item required for enhancing taste, look, aroma and standard of food was available naturally but standard food making was not there.I Started self cooking after setting my kit in RHC Manthar. Initially I made many mistakes but with hard work and keen intrest of two years i had managed to organize many easy cheep and standard respies of All food specially desi items, which are thought difficult to make. Beleive me every youtube channel regarding cooking has some lackings or deliberately keep some flaws in every respie due to any reason. I have organized my own recipees with practical experience that are perfect and easy.
