Monday: Krav Maga adults 20h00- 21h30

Tuesday: Youth Krav maga self-defence (ages 10-14) 18h00 - 19h00. Krav-Mag Adults class from 20h00- 21h30.

Wednesday: Kettlebell & Circuit training with expert personal trainer Joel Yekutiel from 20h30- 21h45.

Thursday: Youth krav-Maga self-defence (ages 4-10) from 17h30- 18h30. Krav-Maga Adults class 20h00- 21h30.
