I am the author of “Your Number One Goal, a Step-By-Step Guide to Reach Any Goal of Any Size.” And, a national award winning motivational speaker. I have presented at over 400 events nationwide and have had the opportunity to coach hundreds of people to turn their goals into their reality.

I am a lover of life and LOVE to have fun! When I am not working I enjoy going to Disneyland, watching the Los Angeles Dodgers, hiking, playing music, and going on adventures with my wife Caitlin and 7 year old son Jacob.
