Leone Catalano, the creator and owner of Leon’s Smash Burgers. I have travelled all around the USA over the last 8 years, and throughout my travels have tasted and experienced the country that has defined burgers... I’ve tasted many different types of burgers around the United States, from hidden gems to nation wide franchises. From learning all about America’s burger culture I have returned home to Melbourne and created Leon’s Smash Burgers. Utilising my experiences in the USA, I bring to you what I believe to be the simple, classic and tastiest American smash burger.

Leon’s Smash Burgers is a Pop-Up burger stall. Our burger stall pops-up all around the city of Melbourne in Australia, cooking up my take on the classic American smash burgers.

Leon’s Smash Burgers Pops-In is a brand new YouTube burger series. Thanks to the new series, instead of a Pop-Up, Leon’s Smash Burgers will Pop-In to burger restaurants as I continue my travels all over Melbourne and beyond.
