ABOUT HIGH SPEED DINING: I'm Joel Haas. I've spent over 35 years in the entertainment business as a comedy radio DJ, programmer, producer and comedy content creator. I've recorded and produced stand up comedy albums for some of the biggest names in the industry. The last 10 years of my life have been dedicated to supporting and exploring America's greatest restaurants. I've had a love for fine dining for much longer but I started turning my short business trips into longer restaurant tours. It's become an obsession for me to explore the greatest restaurants in as many cities and states as possible. I've been shooting videos and taking photos of nearly every dish I've eaten during this time. Over 2 million followers between Tiktok, Instagram, YouTube & Facebook.
